Andy Dick has completed a rehab stay after a crack cocaine overdose in December 2025. The 60-year-old comedian confirmed to TMZ on Monday that he departed the Palm Springs, California, treatment facility after nearly 50 days. He is now residing at a sober living facility near Beverly Hills to continue focusing on recovery, emphasizing he’s taking his sobriety journey one day at a time.

Previously, a December 9 video showed Dick unresponsive on Hollywood sidewalk stairs, with friends administering Narcan to reverse the overdose. An eyewitness reported Dick appeared lifeless and turned blue before regaining consciousness minutes later, declining hospitalization despite emergency responders arriving.

During a subsequent interview, Dick initially claimed he was “110%” fine and resisted rehab, but later accepted help after intervention from former “Sober House” co-star Jennifer Gimenez and her husband, Tim Ryan. They secured him a treatment program placement. Dick acknowledged the overdose occurred after he approached someone smoking crack on the street, stating he occasionally uses the drug while noting alcohol remains his primary struggle.

His friends documented the overdose incident via livestream as a safety precaution. The comedian now remains in structured recovery support after publicly reversing his stance against seeking professional help.
