Parker represents Lina Gonzalez, who sued Tisdale in 2023 after their Los Angeles collision left Gonzalez with shoulder, neck, back, and wrist injuries. According to Parker, Tisdale dismissed Gonzalez at the scene, promising her manager would follow up—contact Gonzalez never received.
After Gonzalez shared her experience on social media, Tisdale’s husband, Christopher French, allegedly retaliated by posting Gonzalez’s personal information publicly, including her workplace and fraud accusations. Gonzalez reportedly felt unsafe due to this exposure. Tisdale later sought a protective order against Gonzalez, citing potential harassment, which was granted in November 2024. The case was dismissed in December 2024 following a confidential settlement.
This follows Tisdale’s recent public critique of what she called a “toxic” former mom group, purportedly including Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Samii Ryan. Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, labeled Tisdale “self-obsessed” and “tone-deaf” in response, while an insider close to the group called her “insufferable,” suggesting the estrangement was inevitable. Tisdale’s representative did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
