Blake Shelton dismissed rumors circulating about his marriage to Gwen Stefani. In a recent interview, the country singer mentioned noticing articles since last October or November claiming they had split up and were divorcing. He laughed off the reports, pointing out how media narratives shifted rapidly—from alleging a breakup to declaring them “back together” just because they were seen at a grocery store, then back to divorce rumors when they weren’t photographed publicly.

Shelton also commented on encountering manipulated photos online, noting they initially seemed convincing but now lead him to distrust most internet content. Despite speculation fueled by their breakup-themed duet “Hangin’ On” and their absence from events like the CMA Awards, Shelton clarified that the song wasn’t about their relationship.

Stefani has countered divorce rumors by sharing affectionate posts with Shelton, including a New Year’s kiss video. The couple, who met as coaches on The Voice in 2014, married in 2021. Stefani once credited Shelton with giving her a “second chance at life” after her divorce from Gavin Rossdale, while Shelton was previously married to Kaynette Williams and Miranda Lambert. She has also emphasized the importance of faith in their marriage, describing God as a vital “third party” in their relationship.
