Bradley Cooper responded to plastic surgery rumors by noting that people have recently complimented his appearance. During the January 5 episode of the “Smartless” podcast, Cooper told hosts Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes, “I get people [coming] up to me the last couple weeks. They’re like, ‘Oh, you look good!’”

Arnett recalled defending Cooper in a prior interview, stating, “Everybody thinks that Bradley’s had plastic surgery. What people don’t know is that he hasn’t. Of course, he hasn’t.” He criticized the speculation as unfounded, calling it “hilarious” and “bulls–t.” Bateman humorously contrasted this by joking about his own cosmetic procedures, quipping, “I’ve been cut to ribbons. But look how it’s worth it!”

The discussion follows Cooper’s physical transformation for his role as Leonard Bernstein in the 2023 biopic “Maestro.” Rumors about his appearance surfaced in late 2025 when he promoted the film “Is This Thing On?” alongside Arnett, with social media users questioning changes in his looks. One comment read, “Women get a lot of s–t for plastic surgery, but how have we not brought up Bradley Cooper?” while another speculated, “That can’t be him.”

Meanwhile, Cooper’s relationship with Gigi Hadid, whom he’s been linked to since October 2023, has drawn attention. A December source claimed Cooper sought her mother Yolanda’s blessing for marriage, signaling his commitment to building a “solid family” with the model.
