Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Baylee, over her public remarks about his penis size during a November 2025 Twitch stream. In court documents obtained by TMZ, the former NFL player claims Baylee attributed their 2022 divorce to his anatomical proportions, calling her comments “degrading and deeply personal.” Kalil, 36, asserts these statements subjected him to public scrutiny and caused emotional distress for himself, his family, and his current wife, Keilani Asmus, who allegedly received disturbing messages following the remarks.

The lawsuit cites invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, alleging Baylee financially benefited through increased social media traffic and engagement after the viral incident. Kalil seeks damages exceeding $75,000. Baylee had described his size as occurring in “like .01 percent of the population” during her Twitch appearance, adding they consulted therapists and medical professionals attempting to address intimate challenges in their marriage.

The couple married in 2015 after meeting when Kalil was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings, with Baylee filing for divorce in May 2022 citing irreconcilable differences. Kalil remarried Asmus in 2024. Following media coverage of her comments, Baylee told Page Six she regretted how a single aspect overshadowed nuanced reflections about their relationship’s meaningful aspects shared during the livestream. The controversy later prompted adult webcam platform CamSoda to offer Kalil $300,000 for a confidence-themed promotional campaign.
