Exclusive images obtained by Page Six show the actress wiping away tears while smoking on her Hollywood apartment balcony Tuesday. She wore a black turtleneck with her blonde hair in a low bun and no makeup, noticeably not wearing her wedding ring. The “Sin City” star alternated between wearing mismatched earrings before removing them entirely while speaking on her iPhone.
King briefly hosted two employees from Star Spot Signings, an autograph sales company that pays celebrities a percentage for signed memorabilia priced up to $150. Her representatives didn’t comment on the sighting.
Sosa, 34, filed divorce papers citing “irreconcilable differences” last Thursday after less than seven months of marriage – a move King called “completely blindsiding.” According to documents, the couple secretly married on April 23, 2025, with Sosa claiming their separation began November 11 that same year. King maintained they were actively working on their relationship until the filing.
The actress had kept her relationship with the investment banker private, though her engagement was confirmed in July 2025 when she appeared with a ring. She previously referenced Sosa in a June 2025 Instagram post praising her “family forever” without including his photo.
This development follows King’s turbulent divorce from filmmaker Kyle Newman, with whom she shares sons James (12) and Leo (10). After contentious custody proceedings involving allegations from both sides, King lost physical custody in March 2025 after failing to complete court-ordered rehabilitation. She currently maintains supervised visitation rights with her children.
