Jennifer Aniston’s personal trainer Dani Coleman shared the actress’s key to maintaining her sculpted physique: prioritizing daily movement no matter her schedule. Coleman told the Daily Mail that Aniston believes “doing something each day, even if small, is better than nothing,” making the adaptable Pvolve fitness method ideal for her lifestyle.
Coleman, Pvolve’s founder and VP of training, explained they focus on full-body workouts during sessions together. Their routines blend Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training formats, incorporating equipment like p.bands, p.3 trainers, p.balls, gliders, and heavy dumbbells to build lean muscle. Sessions also include upbeat playlists and breaks to play with Aniston’s dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield.
The “Morning Show” star has partnered with Pvolve since 2023, drawn to its functional, low-impact approach. Aniston previously described her health philosophy as “80/20″—80% disciplined habits balanced with 20% indulgences like pizza or late nights with friends.
She emphasizes strength training’s importance for women over 50, aiming for at least four weekly workouts to maintain muscle and bone health. “If I lose muscle, my bones get brittle,” she told Allure, stressing it’s critical for preventing osteoporosis. Even during busy work periods, she ensures she exercises “two or three times” weekly.
