Justin Baldoni and his wife, Emily Baldoni, have listed their Southern California mansion in Ojai for $8.9 million amid an ongoing legal dispute with Blake Lively. The couple purchased the property in 2020 for $2.12 million. The estate spans over 10 acres and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 5,200 square feet of living space, described as a “rare retreat-style compound.” It features unobstructed mountain views, a yoga dome, a guest dome imported from Poland, a custom tiny house, a regenerative orchard, a saltwater pool, pickleball and basketball courts, and other outdoor amenities like a koi pond and fire pit area.
The Baldonis, who married in 2013 and share two children, spent two years remodeling the home, drawing inspiration from their travels to Mexico. In a 2023 Architectural Digest interview, Emily called the property their “sanctuary,” emphasizing its natural, earthy design. The couple had previously attempted to rent the home for $40,000 per month before listing it for sale. They also own a Nashville property purchased for $3.4 million and a Los Angeles farmhouse bought in 2017.
The sale coincides with Justin’s legal battle with Lively, who sued him in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment and retaliation, seeking over $160 million in damages. Baldoni denied the claims and filed a $400 million countersuit accusing Lively of extortion and defamation, though the countersuit was later dismissed. Their trial is scheduled to begin on May 18, 2026.
