Kendall Jenner addressed widespread speculation about plastic surgery during her January 9 appearance on the podcast In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele. The 30-year-old supermodel dismissed claims she’s undergone major facial alterations, stating, “There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction and whatever.” She clarified, “I’ve never had any plastic surgery — on my face, nothing,” though she confirmed trying “baby Botox” twice and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for skin rejuvenation. Jenner expressed dislike for Botox, preferring natural brow movement.

Jenner criticized online medical professionals who analyze celebrity appearances, calling their content “damaging” and potentially pressuring young viewers into premature procedures: “They see that and think, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that?'”

Addressing persistent nose job rumors, Jenner acknowledged that comparing childhood photos might suggest rhinoplasty but attributed changes to Accutane medication for acne and natural aging: “I grew into my nose.” She emphatically denied surgery, swearing “on everything that I love” while affirming, “I love my nose.”

Her comments contrast with increased transparency from her family about cosmetic work. Mother Kris Jenner confirmed a second facelift in 2023, sister Kylie Jenner disclosed her breast augmentation details publicly, Kim Kardashian admitted to Botox, and Khloé Kardashian acknowledged rhinoplasty plus non-surgical treatments. Kendall maintains her approach remains minimally invasive despite ongoing speculation.
