Kylie Jenner sued by former housekeeper for alleged bullying and discrimination by staff

Kylie Jenner has been hit with a lawsuit by her former housekeeper, who claims she was subject to discrimination over religion and national origin by other staff members.

According to docs obtained by Page Six, Angelica Vasquez said she began working as a housekeeper for the “Kardashians†star at her Beverly Hills, California, residence in September 2024.

Vasquez claimed that one week later, she was moved to Jenner's Hidden Hills residence, where she reported to head housekeeper Patsy and a woman named Elsi.

During Vasquez's time there, she claimed she “was treated with hostility and exclusion,†according to the docs.

“Patsy questioned [Vasquez's] presence, forced her to wait with a security guard, and made clear that [Vasquez] was not welcome,†the court docs allege.

Vasquez — who is Salvadoran and Catholic — claimed in the suit that she was routinely “assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.â€

The plaintiff also claimed the defendants “made repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments†which were “intended to demean, intimidate, and assert power over her.â€

Vasquez claimed in the docs that her accent was often mocked and that she was forced to perform Patsy and Elsi's tasks.

After developing “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder†and anxiety due to the alleged hostile working conditions, Vasquez resigned in August 2025.

She is seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and more, as well as punitive damages.

While none of the allegations are directly at Jenner, 28, she is listed as a defendant in the docs because she allegedly failed to address Vasquez's complaints and concerns.

TMZ was first to report this news.

Page Six has reached out to Jenner's rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet that Vasquez had attendance issues and other workplace concerns.
