Marc Anthony is expecting his eighth child. The 57-year-old singer and his 26-year-old wife, Nadia Ferreira, announced her pregnancy on their third wedding anniversary via Instagram. “Happy 3rd anniversary!! What a great gift life gives us. God is great 🙏,” they wrote. “Marquito is going to be a big brother.” Their post included a photo of their 2-year-old son Marco placing his hand on Ferreira’s baby bump. Marco was born on Father’s Day in June 2023, six months after the couple married in Miami.
Anthony’s growing family includes six other children from previous relationships. He shares daughter Arianna and son Chase with Debbie Rosado, sons Cristian and Ryan with Dayanara Torres, and twins Emme and Maximilian, 17, with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.
The couple began dating in early 2022, announced their engagement that May, and married in January 2023 at a star-studded Miami ceremony attended by David Beckham, among others. Anthony previously performed at the wedding of Beckham’s son Brooklyn to Nicola Peltz in 2022.
Brooklyn recently criticized his parents in an Instagram statement, calling his mother Victoria Beckham’s dance with Anthony at his wedding “inappropriate” and “humiliating,” alleging Anthony urged him to place his hands on Victoria’s hips during the moment. Anthony has not publicly addressed the claims.
