Meghan McCain has welcomed her third child, a son named Ransom, with husband Ben Domenech. The former “The View” co-host announced the baby boy’s arrival on Friday, sharing that everyone is “happy, healthy and exhausted.” McCain, 41, expressed gratitude toward the medical team and noted that daughters Liberty and Clover are thrilled about their baby brother.
The couple announced the pregnancy in June on McCain’s podcast, where she admitted feeling nervous about raising a “rambunctious” son and managing three children. At the time, podcast guest Usha Vance encouraged her, calling three kids “just enough for them all to be a pack.”
McCain and Domenech, married since 2017, also share 3-year-old Liberty, born in September 2020, and 1-year-old Clover, born in January 2023. Earlier this summer, McCain praised Domenech on Instagram for supporting her through pregnancy cravings and fatigue, humorously dismissing critics who doubted their relationship’s longevity. The couple began dating in 2014.
