Nicola Peltz publicly showed support for her wedding DJ, Fat Tony, after he corroborated her husband Brooklyn Beckham’s account of an uncomfortable incident involving Brooklyn’s mother, Victoria Beckham, at their 2022 wedding. Peltz, 31, “liked” Tony’s Saturday Instagram post featuring his dogs alongside a caption about “the power of unconditional love.”
Tony’s post followed Brooklyn’s recent statement distancing himself from his family, accusing his parents of attempting to “ruin” his relationship with Peltz. Among Brooklyn’s claims, the 26-year-old alleged Victoria “hijacked” his wedding dance with Peltz and danced “very inappropriately” with him, leaving him “humiliated.”
In a Friday interview on the UK’s “This Morning,” Tony supported Brooklyn’s version, explaining singer Marc Anthony contributed to the “awkward” moment. Tony claimed Anthony called “the most beautiful woman in the room” to the stage during his performance, specifically naming Victoria and instructing Brooklyn to “place your hands on your mother’s hips.” Tony clarified there was no “slut-dropping” or “Spice Girl action,” but deemed the timing inappropriate since guests expected Nicola to join Brooklyn for the first dance.
According to Tony, Brooklyn was left “devastated,” while Peltz reportedly left the room “crying her eyes out.” Victoria and David Beckham have not directly addressed their son’s allegations, though both returned to Instagram this week, posting birthday tributes to friends—their first activity since the statement surfaced. Comments under a photographer’s post referenced “good memories” that included Brooklyn.
