Stefon Diggs’ former partner Aileen Lopera has dismissed the paternity and child support case she filed against the NFL star. Lopera, an Instagram model, voluntarily withdrew her lawsuit on January 20, according to confirmation from Page Six.
This development follows her attorney Tamar Arminak’s previous claim that DNA testing confirmed Diggs – currently dating Cardi B – as the biological father of their daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. “The matter has been resolved,” Arminak told Us Weekly, who initially reported the dismissal.
Lopera originally filed the legal action in December 2024 during her pregnancy, seeking sole legal and physical custody while requesting that the New England Patriots wide receiver cover all pregnancy-related expenses and legal fees. Diggs responded in July 2025 – three months after Charliee’s April 2025 birth – by formally requesting genetic testing to verify paternity. At the time, the athlete expressed uncertainty about fatherhood but stated he would seek joint custody if biologically confirmed and proposed splitting associated costs.
Arminak revealed in November 2025 that paternity had been legally established, noting her client hoped both parents could “work toward being great parents” to their daughter. The attorney had previously indicated the case might proceed if private resolution failed before the eventual dismissal.
The resolution comes as Diggs, who has six children total, welcomed a son with Cardi B in November 2025. The rapper recently addressed public criticism about their relationship, defending their family decisions: “I can’t change s**t. I already had a baby. Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p***y?” she stated last month.
