David and Victoria Beckham have shared their first public remarks following their son Brooklyn Beckham’s explosive statements about their family rift. The couple commented on a recent Instagram post by photographer Platon featuring throwback photos of David from 2006. In the images, David displayed tattoos of his children’s names—Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz—while playing soccer for Real Madrid.

David wrote, “Good memories,” while Victoria added, “Brings back great memories!” Platon’s caption described a heartfelt moment during the shoot when Victoria arrived with their young children, leading to an impromptu family embrace. He praised David’s dedication to his family despite fame’s pressures, noting how his love for his children remains “tattooed onto his back.”

The post follows Brooklyn’s recent public declaration that he has no interest in reconciling with his family. He accused them of spreading lies to undermine his marriage to Nicola Peltz, citing instances like Victoria allegedly abandoning Peltz’s wedding dress plans and dancing “very inappropriately” with him during their reception.

David briefly addressed family dynamics in a separate interview, stating, “They make mistakes, but children are allowed to make mistakes. That is how they learn,” without directly mentioning Brooklyn’s claims. Victoria has yet to respond individually.
