It was a star-studded night at City Winery NYC as NYC Faces hosted its first-ever live “Virtual Reali-Tea” Awards. Hosted by Danny Murphy and Evan Real, the creators of the hit “VRT” podcast, the event brought together the biggest names in reality television for a night of awards, performances, and, of course, plenty of drama.
A Pink Carpet to Remember
The evening, sponsored by Tri-State Cadillac and Malibu, began with a glamorous pink carpet. The Guest list featured a “Who’s Who” of Bravo royalty and emerging stars, including cast members from:
- The Real Housewives (Miami, Orange County, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Potomac)
- Vanderpump Rules
- Southern Hospitality
- The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives
The Big Winners
Inside the venue, Danny and Evan took the stage to honor fan favorites with custom awards:
- Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton (RHOM): Took home the Golden Kettle Award.
- Melissa Gorga (RHONJ): Crowned “Mother,” while her husband Joe Gorga earned the Most Valuable Plus-One title.
- Candiace Dillard Bassett (RHOP): Won the Magic Mic Award and delivered a show-stopping performance of her hits.
- Dorit Kemsley (RHOBH): Named Most Coveted Closet.
- Kristin Cavallari: Won Comeback Queen.
- Andy Cohen: Named Hot-Tea of the Year, the Bravo mogul sent a hilarious video message from the “Watch What Happens Live” clubhouse, joking that this was the first thing NYC Faces had ever given him “besides a headache.”
Spilling the Tea
Live interviews kept the audience on the edge of their seats. Phaedra Parks (RHOA) gave updates on her love life, while Scheana Shay (VPR) and Jessi Ngatikaura (SLOMW) joined the hosts to dish on their respective shows in front of hundreds of cheering fans.
The Afterparty
The celebration didn’t end at City Winery. The stars headed to an exclusive VIP afterparty at David Rodolitz’s Flyfish Club. Kyle Cooke (Summer House) traded his reality TV persona for his DJ headphones, spinning a high-energy set that kept guests dancing into the early morning hours while sipping on Malibu cocktails and Loverboy.
