Brooklyn Beckham is reportedly using legal channels to communicate with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, to safeguard his mental health. According to sources cited by The Mirror, the 26-year-old feels negatively impacted by his parents sharing photos of him on social media and tagging him in public posts.

Insiders claim Brooklyn expressed a preference for private reconciliation efforts rather than public displays, stating his mental health has suffered due to these interactions. Allegedly, he sent his parents a legal letter last summer after repeated requests to stop posting about him were ignored. “It had been leading to issues with his mental health — it was to protect himself,” a source explained.

Despite receiving the letter, tensions reportedly escalated when Victoria “liked” one of Brooklyn’s social media posts and both parents shared a throwback photo of him during the holidays. Brooklyn has since allegedly blocked them online.

Representatives for Brooklyn, Victoria, and David have not commented. The Daily Mail previously reported that Brooklyn demanded communication only through lawyers last summer, partly due to discussions about his wife, Nicola Peltz, being labeled controlling or holding him “hostage.”

Cruz Beckham, Brooklyn’s 20-year-old brother, publicly clarified that David and Victoria did not unfollow Brooklyn, but were blocked by him. Brooklyn and Peltz skipped David’s 50th birthday in May, while his parents missed their vow renewal in August. Reports suggest Brooklyn remains focused on a “peaceful, drama-free life” with Peltz and has shown little interest in reconciling.
