Yolanda Hadid’s picturesque equestrian property and lavender farm in Pennsylvania has returned to the market after a previously accepted offer fell through. Initially listed in late September for $10.88 million, the 32-acre Bucks County estate—known as the Yolanda Hadid Family Farm—swiftly attracted a buyer, prompting Hadid to share heartfelt goodbyes on Instagram. However, the property reappeared on listings this week at the original price.
Hadid purchased the historic New Hope farm, which dates to 1682, for $4 million in 2017 and oversaw an extensive renovation. The main house, built in 1810, spans 3,400 square feet with three bedrooms, blending rustic charm with luxury touches. Highlights include a primary suite with a glass-enclosed closet, guest cottages converted from historic structures, and an 8,000-square-foot stone barn from 1776 featuring horse stalls and event space. Outdoor amenities include dressage arenas, a pool, vegetable gardens, and a lavender-lined meditation labyrinth.
The former model and reality TV star shared that the farm became a family sanctuary during the 2020 lockdown, where she and her children—models Gigi and Bella and musician Anwar—planted thousands of lavender seeds. The property also served as a countryside retreat for the siblings between their global travels.
Hadid cited evolving family needs and a desire to downsize as reasons for selling. Her decision follows her split from fiancé Joseph Jingoli, whom she met at the farm in 2018. Listing agents declined to comment on the relisting. The estate’s celebrity pedigree has bolstered New Hope’s reputation as an emerging luxury destination.
