Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have resolved their legal dispute concerning the sale of their jointly owned Los Angeles home, three years after their highly publicized breakup.

Madix filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, signaling an agreement between the former couple. The dismissal of the case is conditional, pending “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days. A final status conference is scheduled for February 5, with a trial set for February 17 if Sandoval fails to fulfill the agreed-upon terms.

Madix initially sued Sandoval in January 2024 to compel the sale of their Valley Village property, purchased in 2019 for $2 million, and to evenly divide the proceeds. The pair split in March 2023 after Sandoval’s months-long affair with their former “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss came to light.
