Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s wedding guest Stavros Agapiou initially confirmed claims that Victoria Beckham behaved inappropriately during the 2022 nuptials before retracting his statement. Agapiou—partner of DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the reception—commented on Instagram: “I was there and she did he’s telling the truth,” referencing Brooklyn’s allegations about his mother. He later deleted the comment and posted, “Keeping my mouth shut from now on,” after it gained attention.

This follows Brooklyn’s public statement on Monday, where he accused his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, of attempting to “ruin” his relationship with Peltz. He claimed Victoria canceled Nicola’s wedding dress design last-minute, forcing her to find another gown, and “hijacked” their first dance by dancing “inappropriately” with him. He also alleged his parents pressured him to “sign away the rights to” his name before the Florida ceremony. Brooklyn emphasized he has no interest in reconciling with his family, stating, “I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”

However, inconsistencies emerged in Brooklyn’s account. A 2022 Vogue interview revealed Nicola’s Valentino gown had a “year-long design process,” contradicting the eleventh-hour cancellation claim. The same article noted Brooklyn “invited his mother on stage for a dance” during the reception, joined by David and his sister.

The Beckhams have not publicly addressed their son’s allegations.
