During a Page Six Radio interview, Handler praised Moore as “wonderful” and “sweet” but clarified she doesn’t know Tisdale personally. She also expressed admiration for fellow mom group members Hilary Duff and Meghan Trainor, adding she enjoys stories involving Duff. When asked if political differences—Tisdale being Republican while others lean Democratic—fueled the conflict, Handler replied, “That’s all I needed to know.”
Handler criticized mom groups broadly, calling them “awful” and joking they’re “another reason not to have children.” She added, “You’re out of school, you’re a mother and have to deal with being excluded again as an adult woman? No thank you.”
Tisdale’s viral essay for The Cut described feeling excluded by an unnamed group of moms, calling the dynamic “too high school.” She later unfollowed Duff and Moore on Instagram but still follows Trainor. Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, appeared to mock Tisdale’s claims in a sarcastic Instagram Story post. Meanwhile, mom group member Sami Ryan seemed to respond by sharing a clip featuring lyrics about not caring if “bitches don’t like me.”
Tisdale’s representatives have not commented publicly.
