Kimberly Guilfoyle has publicly addressed her ex-fiancé Donald Trump Jr.’s engagement to Bettina Anderson for the first time. Nearly a month after the 48-year-old proposed, Guilfoyle told the New York Times she is “happy for Don” and wishes him “all the best.”
Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. dated from 2018 to 2024, becoming engaged in 2020 before their relationship ended. Reports in December 2024 indicated tensions between the pair, with sources noting public arguments at Mar-a-Lago. By the time their split was confirmed, Trump Jr. had already begun dating Anderson, 39, whom insiders described as a “natural fit” for him.
Trump Jr. proposed to Anderson in December 2025 during her birthday celebration at Camp David. The engagement was later celebrated at a White House Christmas party, where former President Donald Trump praised their “young love.” Anderson expressed feeling “like the luckiest girl in the world” at the event.
Trump Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump, with whom he shares five children; they divorced in 2018. Guilfoyle was married to California Governor Gavin Newsom from 2001 until their divorce in 2006. This will mark Anderson’s first marriage.
