Milo Ventimiglia and his wife, Jarah Mariano, are expecting their second child. The model, 42, shared the news on Instagram alongside a birthday tribute to their one-year-old daughter, Ke’ala Coral. In the post, Mariano displayed her growing baby bump while wearing a string bikini and sunhat, lifting their daughter in the air at a tropical beach location. She concealed Ke’ala’s face with a heart emoji.
“Happy 1 year baby girl,” Mariano wrote. “When you came into my life I had 2 distinct thoughts […] I would die for you in a heartbeat, but now I also have to live as long as I possibly can to be around to make sure you’re safe.” She praised their daughter’s “radiating light” in a world “with so much fear and hatred,” adding, “I love you Ke’ala Coral, forever x Mama.”

The announcement follows a tumultuous period for the couple. In January 2025, they welcomed Ke’ala just weeks after losing both their Los Angeles home and a newly constructed property in the Palisades fire. Mariano, who was 38 weeks pregnant at the time, had previously evacuated during the Franklin fire weeks earlier. She described the experience as a “practice run” and expressed gratitude for escaping safely during daylight hours.
Ventimiglia, 48, secretly married Mariano—a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model—in September 2023. The couple revealed Mariano’s first pregnancy in September 2024 with an Instagram photo of her posing on a surfboard under the caption, “Baby on board!”
