The accuser, who was reportedly hired as security for the event, alleged that Combs personally provided him with potent drinks that caused an extreme level of incapacitation. He further claimed that a high-profile individual witnessed the assault and found it entertaining. Doe stated that reporting the incident at the time resulted in him being blacklisted from the security industry, leading to years of professional and psychological struggle.
The case has faced scrutiny due to inconsistencies between the interview and the initial legal filing. The original complaint, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, cited the year 2006 and claimed the victim had never married—statements that have since been clarified or amended.
