Kelly and Jack Osbourne attended Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party with their mother, Sharon Osbourne, in Los Angeles the night before a planned Grammy tribute to their late father, Ozzy Osbourne. The trio posed together at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where Jack stood between his mother and sister, embracing both. Inside the event, Sharon flashed a peace sign while taking photos with Kelly and musician Machine Gun Kelly. She also engaged in an animated conversation with Jelly Roll, playfully holding his face during their chat.

The family wore matching all-black outfits, a likely homage to Ozzy, famous for his signature dark attire. The upcoming Grammys will honor the late rock legend, a five-time award winner, with a special performance by Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan, and Slash.

Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July 2025 at age 76 following a heart attack. His death certificate, filed by daughter Aimee Osbourne, cited cardiac arrest alongside contributing conditions like coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. Since his passing, the family has openly shared their grief. Kelly revealed on their podcast that she slept in her mother’s bed for two months, saying, “I never realized how horrible grief is… I never thought there’d be a day where he wouldn’t be here.” Sharon described her grief as coming in “waves” and admitted struggling with loneliness at night. Kelly later moved out to give her mother space, but both continue to mourn deeply.
