These perfectly groomed dogs are stealing the spotlight on the runway! “Pooch Perfect,” a new dog grooming competition series hosted by actress and longtime dog-show enthusiast Rebel Wilson, showcases stunning canine transformations that turn pups into living sculptures.

Premiering Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, the show features 10 grooming teams competing for a $100,000 prize. Each episode eliminates one team that fails to impress the judges. Celebrity groomer Jorge Bendersky, who serves as a judge alongside “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump and veterinarian Dr. Callie Harris, describes contestants as “rock stars” of the grooming world. “They don’t follow breed standards. They think outside the box—and that box has four legs,” Bendersky told The Post.

The series features astonishing makeovers, including dogs transformed into peacocks, fish, tigers, and even a black-and-white skunk through creative styling and pet-safe dyes. In holiday-themed episodes, groomers create looks ranging from a poodle pumpkin to a pastel Easter egg-inspired Maltese.

Safety remains paramount, with veterinary professionals overseeing all products and procedures used. Bendersky advises pet owners inspired by the show to use only temporary, dog-approved coloring products and consider the practical challenges: “You can try to dye your dog pink—but remember, that dog is going to shake. You might end up with pink walls and a pink sofa.”

From runway-worthy transformations to careful animal care protocols, “Pooch Perfect” combines artistry with responsible pet handling in a celebration of creative canine styling.
